Information held by Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd includes your personal details, company details, customers, suppliers, orders, purchase orders, expenses, payments, deposits, chart of accounts, journals and BAS details. It also includes your eAdmin user name and password and user name and passwords for users you have granted authorised access.
Collection of Personal Information
Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd initially collects personal information from you when you register a new set of accounts. This information includes your name, phone or mobile number, email address and street and/or postal address. Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd also collects information:
- directly from you as you enter information into eAdmin
- when you provide information by phone or in application forms
- when legally required to do so
- from organisations identified below under "Use of your information and Disclosure of your information"
Your personal information may be used to:
- verify your identity
- provide you with the services you require such as newsletters, events or training seminars
- administer and manage those services, including charging, billing and collecting debts
- conduct appropriate checks for data integrity and for breaches of security
- maintain and develop Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd business systems and infrastructure, including testing and the implementation of improvements to these systems

Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd will only use your information for the purpose for which you have provided it, that is, for the use of services provided by eAdmin and as outlined above. Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd will not disclose your information to 3rd parties unless you consent or in other circumstances where such disclosure is required by or authorised by law.
In order to deliver eAdmin's services to you, Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd may disclose your personal information to organisations outside Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd including for the purposes of:

- mailing operations
- billing and debt-recovery functions

Information Storage and Security
Your information is stored on our web server located in Melbourne Central Business District. The web server is hosted by OzHosting in a locked down, secured environment.
The web site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology supplied by a Verisign Global Server Certificate with 128 bit encryption which establishes a session and encrypts all traffic between our server and your internet browser. This means that the site www.eadmin.com.au authenticated by the certificate as shown by double clicking on the lock at the bottom right of your screen.
Passwords are stored on our server using MD5, a one-way encryption algorithm.
Sensitive information such as bank account numbers, tax file numbers, ABN and ACN numbers are stored on the database in an encrypted format using AES RIJNDAEL encryption.
Certain checks have been built into the login process that will protect your account by disabling it in the event eAdmin detects unauthorised access. eAdmin sends you an email informing you of this potential breach of security. Every time a user logs onto eAdmin, your IP address (a unique number connecting you to a domain or server that provides your internet access), as well as the time you log onto and out of the system is recorded. We are not specifically interested in your activities except where:
- The event of a possible breach of security into your account.
- An investigation required by law.
- Your usage is causing technical issues which may need to be resolved.
In order to maintain high quality services in eAdmin, Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd is committed to and will take all reasonable steps to maintain the integrity of your data.
From time to time, Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd may require access to your information if required to investigate a data-related issue.
You may also grant authorised access for Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd via eAdmin's "Users" page to enable us to log onto your accounts to investigate an issue specifically requested by you.
Kennedy Fox Pty Ltd will communicate any data updates required to you either directly via phone, email or by post, or as a news item posted on the web site "News" page.
